Now a Realtor and Educator, I am a top producing associate broker with Keller Williams. My very first homebuying experience was a horrible one. I thought to myself if I had a horrible experience, how many others have had the same experience. For starters, although my husband had almost a perfect credit score, mines on the other hand ranged about 490. So after my husband purchased our first home, I set out on a journey to repair my credit. Embarrassed and depressed are understatements as to how I felt. Now, 6 years later, as a seasoned Realtor, I began to realize there was not really a resource for those who couldn't get approved for home buying. If you have the time, our company has the blueprint. This step by step video class, taught by Yoko herself, starts with teaching you the orgins of credit, understanding your credit report, FCRA review, identifying inaccuracies and discrepancies, and formulating your personalized strategy plan to carry out to restore your credit.

Elevate your financial journey with our exclusive month to month program. After a credit analysis by our trained staff, you will be able to sign up for this service. This program is design for our staff to do the work for you in restoring your credit.. Each month our staff will import a new 3B credit report and then consult with you to inform you of the updates. After consulting with you, our trained staff will prepare your next round of challenges to the credit bureaus to remove all inaccurate and unverifiable information. This package is accompanied by a signed contract that outlines your rights, legalities and expectations from all parties. You can cancel your contract anytime.
Need help creating a budget and having accountability? This month to month program is for you. The first month we will help you to create a budget and outline your financial goals. How does the process work?
Financial and credit restoration doesn't happen overnight. If you purchased the DIY Course, the time frame depends solely on you. If you have purchased our VIP Experience Package, we have found an average of 6 months is how long it takes to accomplish our client's financial goal. This timeframe is with our client's following our strict advice and guidance and varies from client to client.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
Our company will try our absolute best to come to a compromise that works for us both. Your happiness and satisfaction are of the upmost importance to us.
Do you offer any refunds ?
Financial Consultations, DIY Courses and Financial Coaching are non-refundable. Once knowledge is given it cannot be retracted. Our VIP Experience initial purchase comes with a 3 day cancellation period and you will receive a full refund for the option you paid for. After day 3, there is no refunds for this program.
How do I know this is right for me?

Does the packages come with a contract?
Our VIP Experience package is the only one accommodated by a contractual agreement that meticulously details the responsibilities on our end as well as yours. Our company having this agreement in place ensures a smooth and fulfilling experience for all parties involved.
If I select the payment plan, what day of the month is my installment due
Your payment is due every 30 days. In the event of a payment failure, you'll have a 1 day grace period to address it, failure to do so will result in cancellation (without a refund) from the program.
Is your method guaranteed to work?
While we can't guarantees anything, our methods have delivered proven and consistent success for our clients OVER AND OVER AGAIN. If you do not receive any deletions within 90 days from the start of our programs we guarantee a full refund.
